New Look Eyewear confirms dividend policy for 2011

MONTREAL, QUEBEC, February 18^th, 2011 – New Look Eyewear Inc. (TSX: BCI) (the "Corporation") confirms that its dividend policy for 2011 will be to pay dividends if, as and when declared by its Board of Directors, quarterly at the end of each fiscal quarter of the Corporation (for the previous fiscal quarter).  Accordingly, the payment dates of such dividends for 2011 are expected to be on or about March 31^st, 2011 (for the fourth quarter of 2010); June 30^th, 2011 (for the first quarter of 2011); September 30^th, 2011 (for the second quarter of 2011); and December 30^th, 2011 (for the third quarter of 2011).
