Topology Scan Consent

In order to provide services through this platform, we will need to transfer your facial scan to a non-affiliated third party Topology in order for them to process this information to better allow us to manufacture eyewear, as well as provide technical support Production Purposes and virtual try-on for eyewear. This third party will only receive the information necessary to perform its specific service and we have agreements in place that prohibit this third party from using or disclosing personal information other than for the Production Purposes and which impose security safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

Additionally, in connection with your use of this platform, we may transfer personal information to non-affiliated third parties in order to collect payment, manufacture your eyewear and to coordinate shipping Processing Purposes. In an effort to further protect customer information, all servers used for this platform are presently located in Canada. In limited instances, your data may be accessed or processed by Topology personnel located in the United States and/or European Union member countries for Production Purposes or Processing Purposes, including for technical support

With your consent, we will use your information to continue to communicate with you Marketing Purposes. More specifically, the Marketing Purposes may include us showing you eyewear you may be interested in purchasing. You can always withdraw your consent by contacting us at the email address below or using the unsubscribe mechanisms described in our Privacy Policy. Please be aware that, even if you have opted out of receiving promotional communications from us, we may still contact you for transactional purposes (e.g., in relation to your product or service order, reminder notices or recalls).
