A message from your optician

(Usage tips for your new glasses)

  • Your glasses have been meticulously inspected and pre-adjusted. However, we recommend that you visit one of our stores soon so that one of our opticians can perform a personalized adjustment to maximize your comfort and vision.
  • A new pair of glasses may require an adjustment period of up to two weeks if there has been a change of frame, lenses, prescription, or if these are your first glasses.
  • To facilitate your adaptation, we recommend that you wear your glasses as often as possible. However, if side effects persist, even after two weeks, please consult one of our opticians. These possible side effects are temporary and could include headaches, dizziness, difficulty in judging distances (stairs, sidewalks, etc.), image distortion (be careful not to make sudden movements) or blurred vision.
  • In addition, an optician will contact you within a few days to follow up on your new glasses.

Maintenance Tips

Follow these tips to prevent breakage and scratches on your glasses:

Do not expose your glasses to heat, intense steam or hairspray;

Do not place your glasses with the lenses facing down;

Do not put them in contact with corrosive products.

When you are not wearing your glasses, always store them in their case.

Always clean your glasses using a soft cloth and a liquid specially designed for this purpose.

Need an adjustment?

Our optician’s adjustment service is offered with the purchase of your glasses, and regular adjustments are required to ensure your visual comfort. We recommend you visit one of our store twice a year or as needed, you are always welcome.

Your glasses are an important part of your life. You have to be comfortable and 100% satisfied. Knowing that adapting to a new pair can take time, we accept returns for up to 90 days for all prescription glasses. 

Change for an equivalent product or only pay for the difference if your replacement is more expensive. If we cannot ensure your complete satisfaction, we will accept a return of your glasses, in perfect condition, within 90 days of receipt and we will give you a full refund.




1 year manufacturer defects on FRAMES*: Your frame has a manufacturer defect? We will repair it at no charge or replace it if a repair is not possible.




2 years manufacturer defects on scratch-resistant and anti-reflective TREATMENTS*: Your treatments have a manufacturer defect? We will change your lenses free of charge.

*Accidental breakage, wear & tear, and misuse are not covered by warranties.
