Processing your order
Allow two (2) to five (5) business days to process your order before it is shipped. Should there be a delay in processing, we will contact you with an update.
Shipping & returns
Free standard shipping on all orders & free returns for customers who order online. Customers who are not satisfied with their online orders can use the Canada Post prepaid labels shipped in their boxes to return items.
Choose from two available shipping options:
SHIP TO HOME
Choose to ship your purchase to your home or any convenient address. There are two available Canada Post shipping options:
- Expedited Parcel (FREE): Ten (10) to fifteen (15) business days, without any shipping date guarantee*
- Xpresspost (12$): Eight (8) to ten (10) business days, shipping guaranteed on time*
*May vary according to the shipping address.
The billing address must match that of your credit card address. If you order several items, they may be sent separately and on different dates.
To do so, select “Store pick-up” when choosing a shipping method. Simply enter a postal code and select the store most convenient to you.
You must present a photo ID when picking up your order in-store.
SHIPPING AND PICK-UP CONFIRMATION
You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.
If you choose Canada Post shipping, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
If you choose pick-up in-store, you will receive an email confirming the store’s address where you will pick up your parcel. A store employee will call you to let you know that your order is ready for pick-up.
At any time, you can check your order status using the order number you received.
