SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Allow two (2) business days for handling your order before it is sent. It may take longer in certain cases. We will contact you should that occur.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

There are two shipping options.

CANADA POST SHIPPING

You can choose to have your purchase shipped to your home or another chosen address. In this case, you will pay the shipping cost.

There are two Canada Post shipping options:

  • Expedited Parcel: Up to three (3) business days, without any shipping date guarantee*
  • Xpresspost: Two (2) to three (3) business days, shipping guaranteed on time*

*These may vary according to the shipping address.

IMPORTANT:

The billing address must match that of your credit card address. If you order several items, they may be sent separately and on different dates.

FREE IN STORE PICK UP

You can also choose to pick up your purchase at any New Look Eyewear store. 

To do so, select “Store Pick-up” when asked for shipping method. Simply enter a postal code and select the store most convenient to you among those suggested.

IMPORTANT:

You must present photo ID when picking up your order in store.

SHIPPING AND PICK-UP CONFIRMATION

You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.

If you chose Canada Post shipping, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to trackyour parcel. 

If you chose pick-up in store, you will receive an email confirming the store’s address where you will pick up your parcel. A store employee will call you to let you know that your order is ready for pick-up.

ORDER FOLLOW-UP

At any time, you can check your order status using the order number you received.
