Handling 

Please allow two (2) business days for handling. Some cases may require more handling time. We will contact you if this is the case.   

 

Delivery Options 

Two shipping methods are available.

 

Shipping by Canada Posts 

You may have your purchase delivered at home or somewhere else. Shipping costs will then apply. 

You can choose between the two following options: 

  • Regular parcel            Up to 3 business days, no On-Time Delivery guarantee*
  • Xpresspost                 2 to 3 business days, On-Time Delivery guarantee* 

*Delivery time may vary according to shipping address. 

IMPORTANT:

  • The billing address must be the same as your credit card address.
  • If order contains several items, they may be shipped separately and at different dates.

 

Free Store Delivery

You can pick up your purchase at any New Look Eyewear store. 

To do so, select “Store Delivery” when choosing the shipping option. Enter a postal code and select the store for delivery. 

IMPORTANT:

You will need to present a valid photo ID, as well as your order confirmation to pick up your purchase. 

 

Shipment and Pick-up Confirmation

 You will receive an e-mail when your order will be shipped.   

If you selected Canada Post, you will be provided with a tracking number and a link to track your delivery. 

If you selected Store Delivery, you will get an e-mail confirming the store address where you can pick up your purchase. A second e-mail will let you know that your purchase is ready for pick-up.  

 

Tracking your Order 

You can track your order at any time using the order confirmation number you received.
