When you buy glasses from us, they are covered by our guarantee program, with the option of adding additional coverage.
Our warranties
It is essential that you are 100% comfortable and satisfied with your choice of eyewear. That's why we accept returns on all prescription glasses, subject to certain conditions.
Satisfaction
If you are not entirely satisfied with your eyewear, we’ll accept the exchange or return of the glasses in perfect condition. In the case of a return, we'll give you a full refund.
QC and ON: warranty valid 30 days after reception of glasses
BC, AB, SK and MB: warranty valid 90 days after reception of glasses
Adaptation
We understand that new eyewear requires a period of adjustment. Contact yourNew Look store within 90 days of receiving your glasses and we will gladly replace them at no charge to ensure your complete comfort.
Frame
We offer a one-year manufacturer warranty against frame defects. We will repair your frames free of charge, or replace them if repair is not possible.
Lenses
We offer a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects for scratch-resistant and anti-reflective treatments. Defective lenses will be replaced free of charge! This warranty applies to lenses from the same prescription only.

Lost or misplaced glasses are never covered.
***The replacement insurance plans apply to prescription glasses and do not apply to sunglasses without prescription. Choose between covering as many pairs as you'd like for $40 per pair or cover 2 pairs from our 2 for 1 assortment for $50 for the both pairs. Does not apply to lost glasses. There is no limit to the number of claims for our single pair 12 month plan. Limit of 2 claims for the same pair or limit of 1 claim for each pair when purchasing extra coverage for 2 for 1 glasses. Replacement insurance plans begin on the date of the initial purchase of eyewear but can be bought up to 30 days after the eyewear purchase date.
